We’re seeking an experienced ICT Systems Manager to lead our IT team and oversee the day-to-day management of our IT infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of relevant technologies such as Windows Operating Environment, Cloud Services, Virtualisation, Hosting, Networking, and Storage.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a small team within an IT environment and possess a strong understanding of relevant technologies. Key responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day management of IT systems, networks, and servers, managing a small team, administering user accounts, and identifying areas of improvement within the business of the IT infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Oversee the day-to-day management of IT systems, networks, and servers.
  2. Manage a small team, building team spirit and motivating team members.
  3. Administrate user accounts.
  4. Identify areas of improvement within the business of the IT infrastructure.

**Requirements:**

  1. Strong understanding of relevant technologies such as Windows Operating Environment, Cloud Services, Virtualisation, Hosting, Networking, and Storage.
  2. Experience with all major operating systems (including Windows, iOS, and Linux).
  3. Experience administrating Microsoft Active Directory.
