The Role

We are seeking an HR Systems Administrator to join our HR Systems Team on an 18-month Fixed Term Contract. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing system support to ensure all operations are running smoothly and set up correctly. You will work closely with the HR Systems Consultant and be based in our Staines office, with occasional remote work required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the shared mailbox requests and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist on various projects, including implementing data migration and system testing, to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Capture data and create reports on data integration to be shared with the wider business, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Liaise with external system suppliers to ensure effective communication and resolution of any issues.

Requirements

  • Experience working with HR/Operating systems, with a strong understanding of data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Experience with operating systems, including Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
