Administrative Assistant to the Director of Finance and Operations

As a key member of the Pailin Group Psc team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the Director of Finance and Operations. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively handling correspondence and issues arising on a day-to-day basis.
- Coordinating and managing the Director's diary to ensure optimum time management.
- Organizing and preparing for meetings, including papers, taking accurate minutes, and drafting agendas.
- Ensuring full preparation for internal and external meetings by researching and taking a proactive approach.
- Providing high-level administrative support to the Director, including preparing reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a PA or EA.
- Proven track record of supporting multiple individuals.
- High energy and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
