This is a fixed term contract role, running from December 2024 to April 2026.

The role

We’re seeking an Events & Community Manager to join us on a fixed-term contract, overseeing our events programme and community initiatives across our London and Dallas offices.

The role is based in London with an expectation of attending events on-site as required.

Reporting to the Communications and Marketing Director, you’ll organise and attend various internal and external recruitment events, select venues and support team events across the UK and US.

Additionally, you’ll manage our community and sporting groups, fostering a collaborative and engaging environment.

As an integral part of the communications, marketing and events team, you’ll work collaboratively and ensure employee engagement is front of mind.

Our Events & Community Programme includes:

  • Annual seasonal events
  • All-company activities and programmes
  • Team social events
  • Monthly location (UK and US) events
  • Community and sporting group events
  • Community and charity outreach and fundraising
  • Managing community groups

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in an Events role or relevant Events Manager experience
  • Proven ability to manage community initiatives or sporting groups
  • Experience working on company charity or CSR programmes
  • Experience working with senior leaders
  • Creative, highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Experience dealing with event organisers, caterers and associated vendors
  • Team player with the adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments
  • Passion for bringing people together and fostering engagement
  • Budget management and reporting experience
  • Community or communications experience preferred
  • Experience working in a tech or finance environment preferred
