London, UK, United Kingdom KRANKBROTHER Full time

Role: Event Delivery Lead

Location: Farringdon, London, and onsite at events.

Reports to: KB Directors

Contract Type: Fixed-term, 9 month contract, commencing Monday 2nd December 2024.

Working Hours: 2-4 days per week until Monday 2nd June, then full-time until the end of August.

Additional weekend work required during festival season with typical onsite hours from 8am to 8pm.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.

Who We Are

Krankbrother is a key force in electronic music in the UK, with extensive experience in event creative production and artist programming. Our strength is in working closely with the most innovative talent in the electronic music scene to deliver groundbreaking production values and customer experience above all else. A fully independently owned company, our shows draw sell-out crowds keen to resist the increasingly corporate nightlife scene.

Role Overview

As the Event Delivery Lead, you play a vital role in the planning and delivery of our events calendar. This role puts you right at the heart of our small and youthful team - where you’ll interact daily with senior leadership and take on a high level of responsibility onsite. We’re a truly independent outfit, where our founders are directly involved - offering you unique opportunities to learn and grow with us.

Who You Are

We’re looking for an excellent project manager to head up the delivery of our summer programme of live music events. You’ll ideally have 5 years+ demonstrable experience in project management, with budgets exceeding £5m.

Role Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for overseeing our event delivery team - consisting of a Tech Production Manager, Site Manager, Creative Production Manager, Stage Manager and Artist Liaison Lead. Production & Site Co-ordinators will report directly to you.

The Event Delivery Lead manages and is responsible for the efficient production of:

  • Site Management
  • Site Plan Production
  • Technical Production
  • Creative Content
  • Artist Liaison

Required Skills:

  • Project Management: 5 years of experience in managing large-scale events with budgets over £5 million. Proven track record in planning and executing complex, high-quality events (This needn’t necessarily be in live music).

  • Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills to oversee and coordinate the Show Delivery Team, including tech, site, creative, stage, and artist liaison managers.

  • Technical & Site Management Knowledge: Expertise in site plan production, technical production, and site management for live events. Ability to ensure smooth execution of technical and creative elements onsite.

  • Budget Management Strong financial acumen for managing large event budgets and controlling costs effectively.

  • Creative Production Oversight Experience managing creative content and maintaining high production values in line with brand standards.

  • Excellent Communication & Collaboration Clear and effective communication with senior leadership, artists, and cross-functional teams. Collaborative approach to managing a diverse team and liaising with multiple stakeholders.

  • Adaptability & Problem Solving Ability to manage onsite challenges with quick problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work long hours during festival season.

You will need to be fully available for our summer season: 1st June-31st August 2025.
