About the role:

Our client is looking for a highly organised Administrator on a Part-time basis. You will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our client’s operations by managing essential administrative tasks and supporting the wider technical team.


Day-to-day duties will include:


  • Documentation Management: Compile, organise, and store project and technical documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Purchase Requests: Raise Purchase Requests (PRs) and track approvals through to completion.
  • Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to track deliveries, confirm timelines, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Note-Taking: Attend key meetings and provide concise, accurate notes for project updates and action items.
  • Delivery Tracking: Monitor deliveries, ensuring on-time arrival and updating the team on any potential delays.


Skills, experience, knowledge and qualifications required:


  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with raising Purchase Requests and managing procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Prior experience in technical or construction administration is a plus.


Salary and Benefits Package:


  • Salary £30,000 pro-rata, per annum.
  • Suggested hours 9am – 3pm maybe 3 days a week (client can be flexible).
  • Immediate start.
  • 26 days holiday plus bank holidays rising with service.
  • Pension 6.5% Employer Contribution.
  • Healthcare with BUPA Optional (50% contribution).
  • Death in Service.
  • Company sick pay scheme - Up to 20 days full pay in a rolling 12-month period.
  • Group Income Protection – 50% of your salary covered for 3 years for long term illness.
