Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sponsorship Manager. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of sponsor relationships and identifying new sponsorship opportunities. The role is located in Towcester but remote work is acceptable. The Sponsorship Manager will work closely with the Events & PR team to ensure the successful delivery of events and sponsor activations.

- Sponsorship Sales and Sales skills
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sponsorship Activation and Event Management skills
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sponsorship sales
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Strong organisational and project management skills
