Our client is a well-established leading financial institution firm in Saudi Arabia. As a Business Development individual for Clearing products, you will provide guidance and collaborate with the team to develop and promote the firm's products and services to the market stakeholders, within the Capital Market standards, and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the team to analyze market trends and identify new business development opportunities for organizational growth
  • Advise internal and external stakeholders on the development and launch of new market enhancements
  • Collaborate with other business units to launch new products and services
  • Evaluate business development plans and implement processes to support business growth
  • Recommend new market initiatives, assess emerging markets, and explore business opportunities
  • Advise on and regularly update the pricing of new products and services based on business needs
  • Support the team in product development and competitive positioning


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial industry, with relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Financial, Business, Marketing, Administration Management, Engineering, or equivalent
  • MBA preferred
  • Strong knowledge of clearing and capital markets
  • Strong knowledge of exchange traded products and OTC products would be key
  • Good background in business development or sales
  • Strong communication skills
