The Opportunity: We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a visionary Account Director to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced startup that has already gained significant traction in the global market. You’ll be instrumental in amplifying our impact and driving our ambitious growth objectives across the EMEA region.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead regionally-aligned business development initiatives
  • Cultivate and manage strategic client relationships.
  • Deliver on company sales strategies aligned with our innovative approach to risk management and strategic intelligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our transformative solutions.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the development of tailored offerings that meet client needs.
  • You’ll be prepared to grow a development team to sustain business development and client support.


What You'll Bring:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of software sales experience, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Extensive Network: A robust network within the Defence and National Security sectors, enabling you to leverage relationships for business opportunities.
  • Hunter Mentality: A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for building new relationships. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are motivated by the challenge of developing new business avenues.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the marketplace, coupled with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
