Atomic London New Business & Marketing Manager

Location: London, UK (F/T – 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)

Salary £55k per annum

In the last 12 months our business has evolved. At a time when our industry is going through a seismic change, we’ve stayed ahead of this by moving from a traditional agency model to an orbit of creative capabilities under one roof. As a result, we’ve grown by new winning clients and hiring new people.


We’re now looking for an ambitious New Business Manager to support us through our next growth phase. We’re looking for an energetic individual, who can strike the right balance between fun and professionalism, to identify and manage new business opportunities, oversee partner relationships and spear head marketing initiatives. Reporting into our Growth Lead, this is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a creative flair and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.


Key Responsibilities:


· Execute our new business strategy to identify and secure new clients.

· Creation of creds decks and RFI responses in addition to working with the wider agency team to develop compelling pitches and proposals.

· Implement the marketing plan, including content creation, social media management, and working with our PR agency partner.

· Manage Atomic’s online presence to reflect our brand and capabilities.

· Track and report on business development and marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Requirements:


· 5+ years’ experience in a business development or marketing role within the creative or advertising industry.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
