Compensation Regulatory Specialist

We have a key position available for an EMEA Compensation Regulatory Specialist to provide subject matter expertise and oversight on Reward Governance and Regulation, ensuring that the appropriate structures, policies and practices are in place.

12-month contract

Day rate, Umbrella inside IR35

3 days on site & 2 days home based working per week

  • Evaluating current remuneration policies
  • Managing complex remuneration/regulatory projects
  • Keeping up to date with UK/EU remuneration regulatory issues
  • Key contact for Remuneration Committees, preparing papers, attending meetings, reviewing minutes
  • Assisting with the implementation of the remuneration regulatory requirements and compliance with the UK/EU regulators
  • Shaping and developing the reward structures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Skills and Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience of UK & European remuneration regulation within Financial Services
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering on key projects
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel required
  • Ability to build strong relationships as a trusted partner
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to your clients
