Take Ownership of Sales Management


The Enterprise Reliability Sales Manager will drive new business development, account acquisition, and growth across a defined territory in the European market, focusing on Integrated Asset Performance Management solutions.

With a deep understanding of Integrated Asset Performance Management and a proven track record of selling this solution to key clients in the region, the successful candidate will be responsible for vertical penetration strategies, sales pipeline management, account analysis, and information reporting.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategically targeting and navigating complex sales environments to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Selling across the entire Asset Performance Management portfolio, including software, hardware, and consultancy services.
  • Partnering with the technical sales team and product specialists to address customer requirements.
  • Collaborating with Sales Development Representatives to optimize proactive sales approaches.
  • Coordinating proposals/bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessments.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • Have 8+ years of experience in software sales, reliability, and asset performance management.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing the entire sales cycle, particularly in closing complex sales.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Have the ability to conduct business in at least two languages relevant to the primary territory or other countries within mainland Europe.
  • Show a track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Be experienced in managing "A" class customers and expanding wallet share through effective relationship management.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
