Head of International Business Development


Do you have a proven track record in selling into the consumer goods space on an international level (US and EU)?


Are you looking to represent an industry leading consumer goods brand?


MacGregor Black are is on the search for a Head of International Business Development. This is a permanent Northeast based role including International travel.


As the Head of International Business Development you will responsible for maintaining and growing a customer base of prestigious companies and individuals. You will always be the face of our brand and present a premium service.


Key Responsibilities:


To deliver the budgeted sales plan in EU and US

Build sustainable relationships with external & internal stakeholders

Support an ambitious innovation pipeline – concept to launch

Work with Marketing to drive Customer range review delivery

Research, identify and acquire new potential clients across the globe

In regard to export of goods, ensure compliance to all organisational policies and procedures and monitor all financial and currency processes and transactions and manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries

Work efficiently with teams across the business to ensure a seamless customer support experience when required


What we are looking for?


  • Experience of managing clients on an international stage
  • Experience working extensively in US and Europe
  • Able and willing to travel internationally
  • Multi-lingual would be highly advantageous
  • Well-developed communicational skills and a customer orientation
  • Ability to easily comprehend and facilitate shipment processes
