In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our enrolment strategy, ensuring that Westbourne School’s exceptional educational experience is shared with families across the globe. Westbourne School is a name synonymous with academic excellence and with our proven track record, we continue to expand our international reach with sites now in Australia, Singapore and soon Mumbai. We need a talented and ambitious International Admissions Manager to join our UK team.


Your Mission:

You will be the driving force behind our student recruitment strategy across global markets. This is not just a job; it’s a chance to be part of something transformative. You will work closely with our senior leadership team, both locally and internationally, to ensure we continue to attract the brightest and most motivated students from around the world.


What You’ll Do:


  • Admissions Leadership: Shape and execute a comprehensive international admissions strategy that aligns with Westbourne School’s values and business objectives.
  • Brand Ambassador: Be the face of Westbourne School, embodying our commitment to excellence as you engage with prospective families, educational agents, and partners across the globe.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new recruitment markets, driving growth and enhancing our global presence. Your insights and strategies will be pivotal in expanding our reach and influence.
  • Admissions Management: Oversee the international student recruitment process from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and positive experience for prospective students and their families.
  • Collaboration and Networking: Build and nurture relationships with key influencers, including educational agents and third-party collaborators. Represent Westbourne School at major education events worldwide.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise market analysis, trends, and feedback to continuously refine and optimise recruitment strategies, ensuring we meet and exceed our enrolment targets.


What We’re Looking For:


  • International Student Recruitment Expertise: A proven track record in a similar customer-facing sales role, with a focus on delivering results. Either in the independent schools sector, or HE.
  • Global Mindset: Experience working across diverse cultures and markets, with the ability to connect with a global audience.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with a variety of stakeholders, including families, agents, and educational partners.
  • Brand Advocate: A deep understanding of the importance of brand integrity and a passion for promoting a world-class educational experience.
  • Adaptable & Driven: Comfortable with extensive travel and flexible working hours, with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed enrolment targets.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail are essential to thrive in this fast-paced environment.
