Part-Time Business Development Associate

An innovative and creative architecture studio based in London is looking for a part-time Business Development Associate to generate high-quality leads to help further grow their successful business.


The role can be done as either freelance or a fixed-term contract initially for 6 months. Hours are flexible and they are open to either hybrid or remote working.

As the Business Development Associate, you will work closely with the directors and management, representing the practice, promoting their unique services, establishing new partnerships and creating exciting opportunities for the studio.


Key Responsibilities: -

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy to identify and create new business prospects
  • Drive lead generation, aligning with their business objectives through networking, industry events, and market analysis
  • Develop new relationships with estate agents, wealth managers, and other stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Execute strategies efficiently and effectively, delivering measurable results


Key skills: -

  • Prior experience in a similar business development role
  • Solid knowledge of the architecture/property sectors along with a strong network
  • Confident and articulate with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving and strategy development
  • Experience in executing successful business strategies
  • Focused and driven
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A passion for contributing to sustainable architecture
