The Role:
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager who can supercharge lead generation and secure high-value meetings with key decision-makers in the Consumer Electronics space. You'll be targeting enterprise-level companies like Microsoft, LG, and other leading global brands, working directly with the CEO to build out a prospecting pipeline and drive growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, highly organized professional with a proven track record of personalized outreach and lead generation across the UK and US markets. If you thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and have experience leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Lusha, and Apollo, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make your mark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Precision Targeting: Identify and engage Channel Marketing Managers and Directors at leading Consumer Electronics companies, focusing on enterprise brands such as Microsoft and LG.
- Personalized Outreach: Drive highly targeted campaigns via LinkedIn, crafting tailored messages to increase engagement and convert prospects into high-quality leads.
- Lead Generation: Utilize tools like Lusha, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build a pipeline of qualified, enterprise-level prospects.
- Appointment Setting: Secure meetings with senior decision-makers by delivering value-driven, tailored outreach that speaks to their business needs and market trends.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze outreach performance and lead generation metrics to provide ongoing insights and optimize future campaigns.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of Consumer Electronics trends, ensuring outreach is always aligned with the latest industry insights.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the CEO and sales team to align outreach strategies, messaging, and lead handovers, ensuring smooth execution and results.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 1 - 4 years of business development, lead generation, or prospecting experience in to Enterprise Clients
- Sales Tools: Mastery of sales prospecting tools like Lusha, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms to manage your pipeline effectively.
- LinkedIn Guru: Proven success in using LinkedIn for highly targeted outreach to senior-level decision-makers.
- Tailored Messaging: Strong track record of delivering personalized, impactful messaging that resonates with enterprise prospects.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on creating persuasive, custom outreach.
- Organized & Driven: Able to juggle multiple leads and campaigns while keeping meticulous records. Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to hitting targets.
- Industry Knowledge: An understanding of Consumer Electronics and the key marketing challenges in the space will give you an edge.
