This organisation prides itself on creating positive experiences and resolving issues quickly and professionally.Your new roleAs a Housing Complaints Officer, you will take ownership of complaints from start to finish, ensuring swift and effective resolution. You'll work closely with tenants, internal teams, and external contractors to provide outstanding customer service and improve the overall tenant experience.
