Reporting directly to the board, the FX Corporate Partnerships Manager will be responsible for nurturing partner relationships, increasing referral numbers, ensuring outstanding service, and generating new business revenue in line with set targets.Responsibilities of the FX Partnerships Manager:Cultivate and maintain strong corporate relationships with partners.Drive increased referral numbers from managed partners.Deliver comprehensive training to partners to enhance both the quantity and quality of referrals.Achieve new business revenue targets through effective partner management.Ensure smooth information transfer between teams for successful referral conversion.Consistently embody and promote the company's core values.Ideal FX Partnerships Manager Profile:A passion for positively influencing team performance.Strong and articulate communication skills.Proven ability to build long-term and successful partnerships.Excellent organisational and time management skills.A track record of delivering exceptional customer service.A Minimum of 3 years of corporate FX partnerships experience
