Partnerships Manager - FinTech (Insolvency Partnerships) | London

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a high-growth FinTech based in London that is looking to hire a Partnerships Manager to develop and manage strategic relationships within the insolvency and restructuring sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong relationship-building skills and experience working with insolvency firms, turnaround advisors, or commercial finance partners.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing new partnerships with insolvency practitioners and restructuring firms across the UK.
  • Managing and nurturing existing relationships to drive referral activity.
  • Acting as the key point of contact and sector expert for partners.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to enhance partner engagement.
  • Representing the business at industry events and conferences.
  • Tracking partnership performance and advising on strategy improvements.

Candidate Profile:

  • Background in partnerships, business development or account management.
  • Experience/network within the insolvency, restructuring, or commercial finance space.
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders and building long-term relationships.
  • Proactive, commercially minded and able to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
