London, Greater London, United Kingdom Tradify Limited Full time £90,000 - £120,000 per year

We are on a mission to transform how tradespeople run their businesses and have a positive impact on their life. We hire people with energy to build something special that will transform an industry and meaningfully impact the lives of our customers. Success for us is millions of people using Tradify across the world..

We need a passionate, experienced Partnerships Manager to develop, manage and expand a robust partner network that accelerates revenue growth and broadens the company's market presence. This role involves revamping our current partner referral program, accelerating the acquisition of referral partners and scaling referral volume. It will also be responsible for creating strategic alliances with key players in the SaaS ecosystem, including technology providers, resellers and key players within the trade industry, including wholesalers and industry associations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building successful partner programs in the B2B SaaS space and will work cross-functionally to drive initiatives that deliver mutual value.

If you thrive on measuring performance, crunching numbers, hunting out new growth opportunities and getting stuff done, and you know that having fun and working together is key to a great work environment, you're gonna fit right in.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Partner referral program: Own the Tradify referral partner program to ensure it is fit for purpose and incentivises partners to refer. Partner with the marketing team to drive growth from the channel.
  • Partner Recruitment: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new referrers, technology, reseller, industry and channel partners to extend the company's reach and capabilities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value partners, managing communication, expectations, and performance.
  • Go-to-Market Collaborations: Collaborate with marketing and partners to create joint go-to-market strategies, including co-marketing initiatives, product integrations, and bundled offerings.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive measurable revenue growth through partnerships, developing incentive programs and offers creating mutual value propositions that drive channel growth.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with internal teams—Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success—to align partnership efforts with company objectives and ensure successful execution of joint initiatives.
  • Partner Enablement: Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to successfully sell Tradify.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure the success and ROI of partnerships. Regularly report on partner performance, revenue contribution, and growth potential to senior leadership.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the SaaS ecosystem. Use this information to refine partnership strategies and identify new opportunities.
