Partnerships are at the heart of their growth strategy, and they're now seeking a Partnership Manager to drive new commercial opportunities across reseller, affiliate, and strategic brand partnerships.What you'll do: * Build and close a pipeline of reseller, affiliate, and travel-sector partners * Negotiate commercial terms and commission structures * Launch and hand over new partners for ongoing account management * Hit ambitious revenue and growth targetsWhat we're looking for: * Proven experience in partnership sales, business development, or affiliate/reseller management (travel or e-commerce a plus) * Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills * Self-starter, used to building partnership revenues from the ground up * Drive to deliver measurable revenue growthPackage: ~£60,000 base + performance bonus, hybrid working (2-3 days in our central London office), plus travel perks.
