Real Estate Account Executive (Insurance)Salary: Up to £90,000 + bonusLocation: London & South East / HybridAre you a relationship-driven Account Executive with a passion for the real estate sector?This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established, independent insurance broker with a strong reputation for excellence within residential and commercial property.Already a recognised name in the real estate market, the firm is now expanding its London and South East footprint — creating a key role for an ambitious Account Executive to help drive this next phase of growth.You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that believes great insurance is built on trust, partnership, and insight — not just policies.The RoleYou'll take the lead in managing and developing relationships across the real estate and property investment sectors, working with a diverse client base that includes investors, developers, managing agents and asset managers.This is both a strategic and hands-on role: you'll have the opportunity to grow your own portfolio, contribute to the firm's market presence, and shape a growing area of focus within an already well-established brokerage.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and nurture relationships with real estate clients across London and the South EastBuild and grow a profitable portfolio, ensuring excellent client retention and satisfactionIdentify and secure new business opportunities through networking and referralsDesign and place tailored insurance programmes for complex real estate and property risksNegotiate with underwriters to secure competitive terms and comprehensive coverageWork closely with internal Account Handlers and technical teams to deliver exceptional servicePlay an active role in the continued development of the firm's real estate propositionAbout YouProven experience as an Account Executive or Senior Account Handler within real estate or property insuranceStrong technical understanding of property owners, liability, development and construction risksConfident communicator with a consultative, relationship-led approachSkilled at both business development and managing established accountsCert CII (or working towards) preferred – full study and qualification support availableWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary up to £90,000 + performance-based bonusHybrid working across London and the South EastFull professional qualification support and ongoing developmentA respected, stable brokerage with deep expertise in real estate insuranceA collaborative, people-first culture where your input is valued and your growth is supportedThis is an opportunity to join a market-leading real estate specialist and play a key role in expanding its reach across the capital and beyond.If you're a proactive, relationship-focused Account Executive looking to build on your expertise within an ambitious, growing firm — we'd love to hear from you.
