Real Estate Investment & Finance - Intern / Analyst (depending on experience)

Job Summary:

At Best Star Real Estate, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Investment & Finance Intern / Analyst to join our dynamic team. We are active in UK/Europe (and with affiliates in the US) in various types of real estate investments and are continuously striving to provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the real estate market, strong financial analysis skills, and the ability to think strategically.

To be successful in this role:

  • We are looking for a candidate who has a degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field, and at least 1 year of experience in a real-estate-related field.

  • We desire an individual with great communication skills, excellent problem solving abilities, and a results-oriented approach.

  • The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and a team player.

  • Furthermore, knowledge of capital markets with focus in equity and / or credit investments is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial and accounting data and develop strategies for real estate investments focusing on credit strategies.

  • Develop financial models to evaluate potential real estate credit/equity investments

  • Monitor and update financial models, budgets, accounts, and reports to ensure accuracy and track performance

  • Conduct research to identify market trends and opportunities

  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to develop and execute investment strategies Interpret and assess legal documents related to real estate investments

  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate investment strategies and results

  • Assist in the negotiation of contracts and other legal documents

  • Maintain knowledge of current trends and developments in the real estate industry

  • Develop relationships with key industry stakeholders to stay informed of market opportunities

  • Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with investments
