Customer Service Advisor

Joining us as a Customer Service Advisor means you'll have the benefit of working Monday to Friday and earn a basic salary relative to your experience as well as the opportunity to earn a generous bonus. Work life balance is important to us, so this role is 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday, with shifts between 9am - 7pm. We also work 1 in 3 weeks on a Saturday morning from 9am-1pm for which you are given a half day in return that week. This role comes with a generous monthly bonus, giving you the opportunity to earn between £2,400 - £6,000 on top of your annual salary.

- You’ll of course provide great customer service to new and existing customers over the phone both inbound and outbound
- Ensuring calls are answered in a timely professional manner, and that exceptional customer experience is always delivered, and that business standards are adhered to at all time
- Processing correspondence, renewals activity, new business quotations
- Be part of a fun and professional office environment and build positive relationships with customers, Insurers and your colleagues.
- Complying with all approved procedures, customer service standards and external regulatory bodies.
- Work in a regulated financial environment, we’ll ensure you are fully trained to play an important role in helping the company ensure regulations are followed to protect our customers
