**The Role**
- IT competent with significant experience in ERP and CRM systems
- Good typing skills will be required for quick processing of orders
- Accurate processing of data with attention to detail
- Confident on the phone, strong customer query management skills
- Not afraid of upselling and looking for sales opportunities
- Organised and able to prioritise activities and multi-task
The Customer Service Advisor role may be suitable for you if you have a background as any of the following: Customer Service Adviser, Sales Administrator, Sales Support, Customer Sales Agent, Sales Support Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Administrative SupportAssistant, Sales Support Assistant, Customer Services Administrator.
