**Network Rail are looking for Data Administrator to join their team to work alongside their Occupational Health and Safety department.**

Role of Data Administrator working pattern will consist of 3 days in office, Puddle Dock,

A Data Administrator is responsible for maintaining and updating accurate and organized records within an organization's database. This role requires a combination of technical and administrative skills, as well as strong attention to detail.

As a Data Administrator your main key responsibilities would be to:
Enter and maintain data in an organization's database accurately and efficiently.

Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to internal stakeholders.

Generate reports and analyse data to support decision-making.

Monitor data quality and take corrective actions as needed.

Contribute to the development and implementation of data management processes and procedures.

Maintain data security and privacy in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.

**Essential**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Desirable**
