**Data Administrator - 12 Month Contract - London - £199 per day (PAYE) + Holiday Pay**

My client, a leading Asset Management company are seeking an experienced Data Administrator to join their Operations team in London. You will be supporting a number of key areas, including IT Service Delivery, Cyber Security, Office Management, offshore functions and operational resilience across the global business.

You will be primarily assisting the Head of Sourcing & Vendor Management with all aspects of data administration (utilising Excel), sourcing and vendor management lifecycle, administration and support and 3rd Party contract engagements.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Data Administrator to further develop their skillset within a well-respected Asset Management organisation. You will also have the opportunity to develop your vendor/3rd party management experience through actively participating within vendor management activities within the Operations team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide an efficient and effective administrative support.
- Maintain and keep up to date vendor Excel inventory, folders, systems and logs.
- Work across multiple spreadsheets and be able to reconcile and transfer the data.
- Assist with 3rd party vendor selection and onboarding process.
- Assist with execution of processes, policies, systems and activities required for the management of Third Parties and inter-relationships across the firm.
- Assist with development and implementation of VM tools & intranet and keeping them up to date.
- Provide support and guidance on VM tools and processes.
- Work within risk management activities.
- Periodic vendor due diligence and assurance activities.

**Required Skills**:

- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Good working knowledge of Office 365 - Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in procurement and vendor management is desirable but not essential
- Financial Services experience is also a nice to have
- Stakeholder management skills
- Strong Risk Awareness
- Attention to detail
