We have a great opportunity for an experienced **Administrator **to join Stannah supporting our Platform Lifts and Microlifts division**.**
As an Administrator, you will be working within a small team providing administrative support for the Operations Department with a strong focus on Customer Service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the issue of all information pack to installers.
- Informing Service Branch of the handovers on a weekly basis
- Completing and sending to customers Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
- Maintaining lifts on site information.
- Issuing outstanding items forms to customers when the installers have left site.
- Provide support for other admin tasks including but not limited to, test weights, invoicing, variation orders.
- Speaking to customers and keeping them updated on the progress of there installations.
- Autocad drawing amendments.
**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:
- High level GCSE’s including Maths and English
- NVQ Level 2 in Administration is desirable
