Personnel Selection are currently working with this well-established business, who are looking to expand their team with an Operations Administrator. This is a full time, office based role and will suit someone who enjoys working at a fast pace and paysexcellent attention to detail.

The role of Operations Administrator will involve the following duties:

- Complete all exportation documentation to support the Export department in sending orders.
- Liaise with the company appointed Vet in relation to exporting POAO.
- Administer to and be responsible for stock in 3rd Party storage locations and the transfers, when required to and from these locations, ensuring stock rotation rules are adhered to.
- Fleet Cars and Fuel Card administration and control.
- Produce and distribute Operational KPI’s, for PW Andover and all 3rd Party Warehouses.

The role of Operations Administrator will suit someone who has worked in logistics administration / delivery support / supply chain / warehouse administration / fleet admin / import and export admin or similar.

Full training will be given, though some experience in a transferable environment is essential.
