**Lynx UK Ltd** is a telecommunications asset management and engineering company, which aims to be a one-stop-shop for all stages of decommissioning and ethically redeploying pre-owned telecoms equipment and systems to the telecoms industry.

We currently have a vacancy for a Part Time Operations Administrator within our busy Operations Department

**Main Responsibilities** **(but not limited to)**
- Inventory control, including adjustments
- Reviewing sales and purchase order files
- Maintaining data against KPI’s
- Organising collections and deliveries via couriers
- Managing returns of defective items
- Filing paperwork
- Providing weekly updates
- Raising purchase orders and maintaining the records
- Organise and plan attendance for repair and maintenance
- Liaising with Warehouse management
- Creation of pick lists
- Accurate record keeping

**Skills Required**:

- Strong organisational Skills and a logical thinker
- **Excellent attention to detail is a requirement**:

- Excellent communications skills
- Strong Microsoft skills especially Excel
- Sage Line 50 experience would be an advantage
- Stock control experience

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: Up to £11.00 per hour
