**About your new role**: **Primary objectives** - Provide new business development exec support to Partners and New Business Managers to drive profitable growth and revenue generation in line with the overall financial objectives of the firm. - Provide practical assistance to the Partners, so key business development opportunities with targets can be exploited - Provide support to New Business Managers and Partners across the firm to contribute to the overall financial objectives of the firm. **Key responsibilities** - Support the New Business Managers to implement and manage agreed new business development initiatives, for example: - Assist NBMS and Partners produce client sector business plans - Support NBMs to research and identify targets for new clients - Support NBMs and CRPs to deliver actionable key client plans - Update new business pipelines - Work closely with the relevant NBM on specific projects and on-going activity - Identifying growth opportunities within market sectors or regions. - Introduce measures to monitor the effectiveness of all new business development activity. - Work on behalf of the firm to develop links with external organisations who are potential introducers, referrers or clients. - Work closely with the Marketing team using client and market insights to input into the development of campaigns which engage prospects, enhance the market positioning and reputation of the client segment and lead to profitable new business revenue. - Capture and document learnings from new business activities and initiatives and ensure share across Sales Enablement team, Marketing team and segments to enhance future activities. - This list is not intended to be exhaustive and you will be expected to perform other duties and have other responsibilities that fall within the wider remit of the role. **About You**: **Key Skills & Experience** - Business development Exec experience in a business to business services environment including a minimum of two years in professional services. - Strong analytical skills. Commercially aware and astute. - A self-starter, who can work on own initiative and is proactive in developing ideas and solutions. - Project and time management skills plus organisational skills. - Confident, assertive and resilient. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
