Administrator - Transport Team

**We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Transport Team at HSS St Ives Distribution Centre.**
**As an Administrator, you will be responsible for developing effective delivery and collection plans that meet the needs of HSS and it's customers. The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm and every other Saturday morning 8am - 1pm.
**What will you do?**
Your main duties will include:
- Working in a team you will plan, organise and coordinate the daily deliveries, exchanges and collections through our routing system
- You will monitor transport routes, smart phone compliance, jobs that are completed and on-time performance
- You will also work to try to reduce wasted journeys as well as calling collections to confirm readiness for collection as well as supporting any problematic collections the same day
- You will complete training, display company values and report any problems to your manager
- You will promote compliance of PPE and company health and safety standards

- You will be a positive can do person, with good problem solving skills and always working towards solutions
- You will have strong communication and organisational skills
- You will be used to working on computers / systems, and any experience in manual handling is beneficial
- You will have experience of working in a customer facing role in a fast paced environment
