**Main Purpose of the Role**:

- Managing and processing Purchase Orders (POs) for our Kit and Interiors Planning Team
- Coordinating hire/off-hire of plant equipment and handling related admin—POs, invoices, queries
- Working closely with Finance to resolve any order or payment hiccups
- Liaising with third-party contractors and suppliers to ensure things run like clockwork
- Supporting the team with ad hoc projects and jumping in when help is needed
- Playing a key role in planning and negotiating plant equipment on the best possible terms

What We’re Looking For:

- A confident user of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with purchasing/order systems (Navision knowledge is a big plus)
- A self-starter who’s great at prioritizing and time management
- A collaborative team player with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact at all levels

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Administrative: 1 year (required)
