**Talent Acquisition Coordinator - 12-month contract (maternity cover)**

**Purpose of the Job**:
The role is to support the Talent Acquisition operations throughout the recruitment lifecycle. By working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners, you will assist with the primary recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews. You will also support on best practice recruitment, attraction / sourcing, and onboarding processes whilst having full accountability for the Contracts of Employment.

This role requires a highly motivated and organised individual with a strong focus on detail to ensure that all day-to-day HR related processes and documentation are effectively managed. The role forms a critical part of the People team working in a fast paced and rapidly growing business. The position provides support on a wide range of recruitment activities and with opportunity to participate in improving processes, systems and reporting. The position holder will have a real passion for our purpose as a business and our people as well as a real pride in their work ethic and discipline. You will be full of energy, bringing fresh ideas and approaches.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- To support the Talent Acquisition operations ensuring the smooth running of the recruitment process
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers to ensure adequate recruitment request forms and job descriptions are created
- Create Job adverts based on supplied job descriptions
- Posting all roles on the website and appropriate channels for advertisement
- Maintain effective business relationships with recruitment suppliers in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Partner
- Arranging Interviews using Microsoft Teams, Zoom and coordinating onsite interviews
- Assist with cleansing People HR reviewing the effectiveness with the Talent Acquisition Partner, implement templates and maximise its capability
- Responsible for drafting offer letters, employment contracts and completing right to work checks
- Using Docusign for offer documentation and Non-Disclosure Agreements, assisting with right to work Visa Applications & Compliance
- the Early Careers Graduate, Apprenticeship, and Internship Programmes

**Knowledge, Skills**
- Proven internal recruitment experience
- A commitment to providing great customer service
- Experience working effectively in a team with a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability and confidence to work in a fast-paced organisation
- High level of attention to detail
- Familiar with using an Applicant Tracking System
- Proactive approach to problem solving with a can-do attitude
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence where necessary

Delivery-focused and highly motivated, capable of handling multiple priorities and high volume
