**What you'll be doing**
- ️_ Talent Hunting and Acquisition_
- Utilize your expert sleuthing skills to identify and attract top talent through various channels.
- Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and right-to-work checks, send employment offer paperwork, and facilitate the hiring process with finesse.
- Talent selection and assessment system maintenance and data management.
- Early careers programme management, maintenance, and reporting including but not limited to graduate schemes, apprenticeship, and apprentice and work experience.
- Onboarding Maestro_
- Dive into the world of onboarding and make new employees feel like rockstars from day one by running a stellar onboarding program that ensures a seamless and engaging experience for new hires covering the employee’s first year.
- Manage all administrative duties related to onboarding sessions
- Welcome new hires with open arms, providing them with the tools, resources, and information they need to succeed.
- Talent Development and Retention_
- LMS maintenance and data management
- Oversee and support the approval process for employee’s learning
- Support learning and development of internal and external audit and compliance-related activities
- Assist in organising training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to nurture talent growth.
- Early careers programme management, maintenance, and reporting including but not limited to graduate schemes, apprenticeship, and apprentice and work experience.
