**Level 1 OISC Advisor**

As a senior member of the team the successful applicant will play a major role in meeting and,
- wherever possible, exceeding clients’ expectations, by managing their own caseload of both privateand corporate clients and working with the team to pro-activelybuild the business further.

**Role Requirements**
- Providing impartial and expert immigration advice to clients, ensuring they are aware of all options and guided to the most appropriate solution.
- Working with the digital team to prepare blogs and updating website content.
- Applicants should be OISC Level 1, with at least three to five years’ case-working experience especially in Skilled Worker, family and settlement visas.
- A thorough understanding and knowledge of Sponsor licences and Tier 4 sponsorship would be advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent English is essential, both written and spoken, along with a good telephone manner.Attention to detail is absolutely critical.
- Experience of working within a law firm or a client-facing professional role.
- Demonstrable attention to detail and ability to achieve high level of productivity.
- Be highly motivated, resourceful self-starter with a positive can-do manner.
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
- Meets assigned deadlines and communicates case progress/status/issues to supervisors.
- Understand our Company culture and team values and embrace and promote them.
- You will be charismatic and engaging.
- You will be a good workload planner who can manage time vs tasks.
- Have a confident, calm and well-spoken phone manner.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Picking up incoming client briefs and providing them best advice and accurate costings and timings.
- developing close working relationships with clients and help developing new ones.
- Issuing client care letters and invoices, using our MS Dynamics-based CRM.
- Assisting in the various marketing initiatives within the department.

Our client is a long established and highly reputable immigration firm based in West Sussex, with direct rail links to Croydon and London Bridge.

They are a small, busy practice, with several hundred corporate clients of varying sizes and a large number of individual clients, many of who we have worked with for many years.
