**Job Specification**

**Job Overview**: As customer Sales and Service Advisor you are the first point of contact the customer has with the company so you must provide an excellent service experience. We are looking for a charming and helpful member of staff to join our friendly team, and help us maintain an excellent level of customer service by having strong written and verbal communication skills and an enthusiasm to resolve problems. You must be able to cope with a high volume of sales and service calls and an enthusiasm to adopt to the new technology required to meet online customer expectations; Live Chat, Facebook, Trust Pilot etc.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Taking sales and service calls
- Resolving problems to the customers satisfaction using your initiative and people skills
- Responding to customer reviews
- Providing Live Chat assistance
- Assisting other departments when necessary
- Handling American customers
- Inbound sales calls
- no cold calling.
**Qualifications/Skills**:

- GCSE English Language or Literature grade 5 or above
- Relevant experience.
- Word, Excel and Outlook
