**Title: Contact Centre Team Member**
**Location: Bootle, Liverpool**
**Salary: Basic £20k to £22k depending on experience + bonus scheme**
**What is the role?**
**Due to consistent and continued growth, we have several exciting opportunities to hire a number of customer focused and results driven Customer Service Advisors to join our service contact centre teams based in Bootle, Liverpool.**
**Tasks**
**What are we looking for?**:

- **Note that full training will be provided, so you will be given every opportunity to succeed and we are looking for people who are keen to develop as the company grows further.**

**Role Responsibilities**:

- **Manage new claims enquiries via inbound or outbound calls to follow up on our customer’s initial web enquiry - so no cold calling involved**:

- **Your role will be to assess the enquiries and look for potential opportunities for pursuing a claim. This will be done by running through a structured pre-qualification call with the customer to obtain specific information. If criteria is met, thenthe case is forwarded on to the relevant solicitor partner.**:

- **Working to set key performance targets and ensuring that all enquiries are handled in accordance with service level agreements and applicable regulations (don’t worry full training given)**

**Requirements**:

- **As mentioned above, previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor would be advantageous though not a must have.**:

- **A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.**:

- **You will need to be computer literate.**:

- **Target driven and able to successfully meet KPI measures.**:
