We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about the impact that great internal communications (IC) can make, with a good all-round understanding of what it takes to make a big impact. Ideally, you’ve got oodles of experience in-house or in agency, eitherin a similar role or looking for your next step up. You’re a self-starter and carry an unshakeable can-do attitude. You’re great at working on multiple projects from brief to completion, while instilling huge confidence in those you work with by being totally‘on it’. You’ll be our communication expert, and we’ll rely on you to lead our communication plans from the front.

**What will you do?**

It’ll be a busy first 12 months as you’ll dive right into a host of great projects. From redesigning our intranet and driving up engagement within our Northgate team, to helping us share our strategy so everyone knows the direction we’re headed. You’ll alsowork to refresh our channel plan to make sure everyone including our branch networks get all the information they need when they need it. You’ll design and run virtual & physical events for our leaders too.

Responsibilities will also include:

- Acting as a strong business partner to our Northgate business - one of the largest in our Group.
- Giving thoughtful and brilliant advice to the MDs and their leadership teams on all internal communications matters, using your experience to propose, build and deliver a comms strategy and plans.
- Proposing, building and delivering a communication plan which helps us deliver the business plans for Northgate.
- Ensuring your communication plan helps colleagues feel connected to the Redde Northgate Group and the part they play in our collective success.
- Designing and delivering brilliant internal communications and campaigns, from initiation through to final delivery and being able to demonstrate their impact.
- You’ll be able to muck in outside of your immediate role when needed, to ensure our team's continued success.

**About you**
- First and foremost you’ll have loads of experience delivering internal communications in a highly complex and fast-paced organisation; we don’t mind how long you’ve been in IC, it’s more about the experience you have
- You will have an ability to challenge and influence at all levels of the business in a positive and respectful manner
- Proven ability to operate in an advisory capacity to senior executives with brilliant outcomes
- Oodles of creative ideas and strategic solutions, tapping into your knowledge of communicating with internal audiences in large, complex organisations
- A proven interest in creative communication, culture and people engagement
