**FMG/FMG RS Commercial Finance Business Partner**

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the Redde Northgate Commercial Finance team, this is a high-profile role with responsibilities underpinning the strategic and commercial success of the business, working closelywith the FMG and FMG-RS Commercial Leadership teams. Areas of responsibility are broad, covering pricing and commercial strategy and revenue management, with ad-hoc analysis forming a high proportion of the output.

The Commercial Finance Business Partner is a key member of the FMG/FMG RS Commercial Leadership team, with exposure to the Executive and senior finance teams providing business advice, decision support, cost control and performance analysis. They own therevenue budget and periodic forecasts.

**Your key responsibilities will include**
- Lead the annual and periodic forecasting process for FMG/FMG RS volumes and revenue, including relevant commentary.
- Oversee the production of monthly reporting packs for the FMG/FMG RS Commercial team, adding relevant insight and commentary, with a mix of financial and non-financial performance indicators.
- Work with the commercial team to undertake periodic reviews of customer profitability.
- Provide guidance to FMG and FMG-RS Commercial leads and their senior team on how to maximise revenue and control costs.
- Identify and deliver opportunities that deliver material changes in business performance, promoting continuous improvement to drive financial performance.
- Provide commercial support for new initiatives and product development, providing analytical support to revenue initiatives and ad hoc project support analysis as required.
- Provide pricing support to the FMG & FMG-RS New Business teams, taking a proactive approach to enhancing value.
- Provide pricing and analytical support to the FMG & FMG-RS Account Management team teams when they are undertaking contract renewal exercises or promoting additional products to customers.
- Support the commercial team through the internal process of pricing review and sign-off by understanding and articulating the risks and opportunities in the commercial proposition.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance appropriate pricing models for products and services, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data inputs.
- Perform financial evaluation to understand the impacts of pricing actions, reviewing impact on customer profitability.
- In depth understanding of competitive marketplace, both prices and behaviours.
- Manage, motivate, and develop 2 direct reports.

**About You**
- Qualified Accountant - CIMA or equivalent
- Previous business partnering experience within a commercial environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Stakeholder influencing and management
- Proven history of providing value adding insight
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle detail while understanding the big picture
- High quality presentation skills
- Staff management experience

**Having experience in the below would be desirable**
- Experience of confidently presenting to director level roles
