Senior HR Business Partner

**Location**: Huddersfield (Hybrid working with travel)

**Salary**: up to £65,000 per annum + £6,400 car allowance

**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hours

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Group HR Team, supporting our FMG Repair Services business. As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will lead, manage, and develop a small team of HR Business Partners todeliver a professional and proactive strategic HR service that fully supports the business objectives of FMG RS and those of the wider ReddeNorthgate Group.

Working closely with key stakeholders, you will be responsible for delivering HR people strategy, ensuring the business needs are understood and are delivered through the plans which are aligned with organisational strategic priorities both at a businessand group level.

You’ll be part of our wider HR team with customer service embedded at its core and a vision that together we are One HR and while you will primarily support FMG RS, you will also contribute to the strategic development of the Group HR function by leadingthe delivery on ad-hoc group wide projects.

**About you**:

- You have a pragmatic approach, with people at the heart of everything that you do, and your customer service ethos will guide you.
- You’ll have strong influencing skills and ability to build effective relationships, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- You’ll have analytical, systems and design thinking with an ability to measure impact of interventions across the business to identify return on investment and benefit realisation.
- You’ll be prepared to provide constructive challenge and able to deal straightforwardly and honestly with challenging situations
- You’ll be adept at objectively analysing and evaluating multiple sources of evidence to create insight, identifying sources of bias, trends, themes and connections
- You’ll have demonstrable experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition and talent development, delivering people strategies and implementing action plans
- With proven knowledge of people development, recruitment and employee relations, you’ll be able to demonstrate current advances in people and culture change
- Preferably a Chartered Member of Institute of Personnel & Development.
