Location: Yorkshire & Northeast, with hybrid working

**Salary**: Up to £28,000 (DOE)

Contract: Permanent

Do you have some experience in-house or in an agency either in a similar role or within an adjacentdiscipline and looking to broaden your experience in a pacey, supportive team? **The role**
- Designing and delivering exceptional internal comms across the whole of the Redde Northgate Group, working closely with business partners in individual business and the Group teams
- Designing and delivering brilliant campaigns, from initiation through to final delivery and measurement into Group functions and across Redde Northgate businesses
- Bringing Redde Northgate’s strategy to life for colleagues in a way that they can advocate for the strategy, its’ products and services, and as a place to work
- Brilliant support to the Principal IC Manager and HO IC, making sure we execute brilliantly on our bigger projects
- Be a collaborative and supportive team member of the Group Internal Communications team, happy to muck in outside of your immediate role remit to drive the wider team's success

**About you**
- Brilliant experience in delivering internal communications in a highly complex and fast-paced organisation or an adjacent discipline, like marketing or external communications
A real people person, working in a collaborative manner with people at all levels
Proven ability to work well with all members of a team at all levels, with brilliant outcomes
Ability to work at pace and to oversee outstanding execution of multiple projects
Oodles of creative ideas and solutions, tapping into your knowledge of what audiences need in large, complex organisations
Creative thought leadership; able to bring fresh perspectives, best practice,s and innovative thinking to every project
Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills with a flair and eye for best practice visualisation and design
A proven interest in creative communication, culture and people engagement
Ability to bring fresh and smart ideas to every project

Proven ability to develop and execute communications strategies and plans across multiple channels and audiences
