**(Internal Account Executive - Rapid Response)**

**Salary**: Up to £23000 + quarterly bonus

**Contract**: Permanent

Are you seeking a fresh challenge in a vibrant and expanding business?

We have a new, exciting opportunity for an Internal Account Executive to join our growing Client Services Delivery Team who are responsible for proactively managing our large portfolio of 200+ existing clients.

Reporting directly to the Rapid Response Client Services Team Leader you will be required to proactively support and develop accounts as well as support the successful retention of your client portfolio to meet any financial targets.

As the custodian of the client’s requirements for FMG, you will liaise between the clients and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services, performance matrices and processes according to client needs.

You will work closely with the Service Team Leader and Management Teams to assist with identifying and delivering any new solutions and continuous improvements required.

**About you**:

- You’re a proactive and self-driven individual with excellent communication and relationship skills.
- You’re a real ‘people person’ who can build trust and support at all levels across a wide network of departments, clients, and partners.
- You’re a good communicator at all levels with good interpersonal and presentational skills and a passion for building long-term relationships with colleagues.
- Ideally you will have previous experience of working within a client / customer services role.
- This role involves a significant amount of telephone and PC work, so you’ll need to be a confident user of both as well as the main Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
