If the answer to these questions is **YES**, keep reading as this could be the **perfect role for YOU** We are looking for a **BUSINESS SERVICES MANAGER** to join our team **Your role**: Your role as Business Services Manager will be the conduit between the operation and client teams responsible for developing and conducting full lifecycle analysis and reporting capabilities. It will monitor performance and quality control plans to identifyimprovements in order to deliver excellence throughout the property business. The Business Services Manager will be expected to attend client meetings and will be able to knowledgably and confidently talk about performance trends, internal performance, and any other measures which are relevant to the our clients and the business performance. This role will be responsible for the operational direction, development, and profitable delivery of the Property business, to include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. Develop analysis and reporting capabilities. Monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. **Key Responsibilities**: - Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports - Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimise operational efficiency and quality - Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems - Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets - Work with management to prioritize business and information needs - Locate and define new process improvement opportunities - Work with Business Development to ensure the ongoing and successful growth of the various products within Innovation Group Property - Management and tracking of costs to minimise leakage and maximise profitability - Account and client engagement, including production and checking of MI, ad-hoc analysis, strategic interaction and account development. - Planning and execution of cross property projects to drive the profitable use of internal markets. - Management of the Property Business Plan and Strategy and supporting the Property Ops Team in executing the business plan. - Development of effective MI to drive the business, measure success and maximise profitability and to provide "One Version of the Truth" MI across Property Services. - Develop Management Team members to ensure the right people have the right skills and knowledge for their responsibilities - Perform any reasonable request that is required by the business. **Knowledge & Skills Required**: - Excellent and experienced stakeholder management and networking - A confident self starter with the ability to motivate others - Strong business acumen, numerical and verbal reasoning skills - Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment - Extensive claims and insurance expertise - Demonstrable experience of leading and managing a team - Track record of managing change / understanding process re-engineering - Expertise in data analysis and MI production - Experience in account and client relationship management. - IT literacy across Microsoft programmes, and the ability to quickly learn to use additional internal IG systems. - CII or equivalent industry qualifications (Desirable) **Additional Information**: - Prepared to work nationally with occasional overnight stays - Current driving licence with access to a car **What's in it for you?** **Innovation Group offer a great benefits package of; 25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays, Life Assurance, 4% Company Pension Contribution, Flexible Benefits and Third Party Discounts.
