With a strong reputation for excellence, we are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Part-Time Telemarketer/Appointment Maker to contribute to our continued success.

As a Part-Time Telemarketer/Appointment Maker, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to businesses in the South East of England, promoting our IT support and services. This role is ideal for someone who has a need for part-time employment. We can accommodate school hours if necessary and can be flexible on days and start-time to suit.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Outbound Calls - Conduct outbound calls to businesses in the South East of England to generate interest in our IT support and services
- Promotion - Effectively communicate the value propositions of our IT solutions, emphasizing the benefits and advantages for potential clients.
- Appointment Setting - Work towards setting up appointments for our sales team with decision-makers within the target businesses.
- Performance Metrics - Meet and exceed call volume and appointment setting targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- _Customer Relationship Management _- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our “Salesforce” CRM system.

**Qualifications**
- _Experience_ - Proven experience in large call volume telemarketing is essential.
- _Desirable_ - Previous experience in appointment making is highly desirable.
- _Communication Skills_ - Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- _Self-Motivated_ - Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- _Technology Proficiency_ - Comfortable using CRM systems and other communication tools.

**Salary**
- Competitive hourly rate of £15 per hour.
- 20 to 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, day shift
- Performance bonus based on achieved targets.

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 37.5 per week
