System Workforce Planner

The NHS Long-Term Plan places significant emphasis on Workforce Planning and the need for integrated planning across health and social care in a systematic way. Cambridgeshire and Peterborough ICS, has therefore identified Workforce Planning as a core theme.
The System workforce planners along with a workforce analysts will work as part of the network of workforce planning and transformation experts across the East of England (EoE) working directly with ICS People Function, HEE and NHSEI.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the ICS People Function and HEE on local and regional workforce priorities to improve the provision of workforce planning, analysis, and performance information.
This post is being offered as an 18 month fixed term post or secondment opportunity, working across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough ICS.
1. Develop strong and positive relationships with system partners in the ICS
2. Develop robust and comprehensive integrated workforce planning across ICS, with associated planning processes
3. Collaborate with the HEE workforce planning and intelligence team to develop regional workforce planning resources
5. Work with stakeholders ensuring workforce intelligence informs local transformation activities, training, and recruitment of staff
6. Validate and cleanse system workforce data to improve quality of information available.
7. Develop workforce transformation plan reflecting workforce modelling and service priorities
