12 Month Fixed Term Contract - Secondment Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful Medical Workforce Team in a unique role of Medical Workforce Advisor - Project Coordinator, to lead on delivering two modules of Allocate Software, these being e-Job planning and e-Appraisal, linking to the SLA we have to provide Medical Workforce support to Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust (CCS).
The post holder will also support with specific pieces of work to support the medical workforce team.

Coordinate and deliver the implementation of Allocate E-Job Planning and e-Appraisal Modules specifically for CCS.
Maintain a project plan and record of progress as per the Project system CCS will provide access to. Ensuring that this includes mechanisms being in place to record all relevant information to ensure there is an up-to-date record of each project.
Provide periodic project updates to key stakeholders e.g., senior managers at CCS, Allocate Project Team.
Work with Allocate and key stakeholders within CCS on the communications strategy associated with the rollout of the software modules. Ensuring involvement from the Consultant and SAS workforce.
Work with key stakeholders to develop the job planning and revalidation and appraisal process and associated policies to ensure they remain up to date and fit for purpose.

1. Coordinate and deliver the implementation of Allocate E-Job Planning and e-Appraisal Modules specifically for CCS.
2. Maintain a project plan and record of progress as per the Project system CCS will provide access to. Ensuring that this includes mechanisms being in place to record all relevant information to ensure there is an up-to-date record of each project.
3. Provide periodic project updates to key stakeholders e.g., senior managers at CCS, Allocate Project Team.
4. Act as Lead Co-ordinator for organising meetings and events as required.
5. Communicate complex sensitive and confidential information relating to employees within the organisation with Allocate
6. Work with Allocate and key stakeholders within CCS on the communications strategy associated with the rollout of the software modules. Ensuring involvement from the Consultant and SAS workforce.
7. Work with key stakeholders to develop the job planning and revalidation and appraisal process and associated policies to ensure they remain up to date and fit for purpose.
8. End to end management of risks, issues, deliverables, actions and reporting in line with the project management system via CCS.
9. To support the Medical Workforce Manager with elements of specific projects or lead on own projects as deemed suitable.
10. Support the Medical Services Officer with Revalidation and Appraisal, and Job planning processes.
