As a Senior Service Coordinator at Emtec Climate Solutions, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our HVAC operations running seamlessly. You’ll oversee both reactive callouts and planned service work, managing engineer schedules, logistics, job tracking and client communications, to ensure every task is completed to our high standards.

Working closely with our Service Manager, you’ll take ownership of day to day administration and scheduling, making sure resources are allocated efficiently, SLAs are met and our customers receive a first class service every time.

**Key responsibilities**
- Owning the daily operations of the service schedule
- Act as the first point of contact for reactive callouts and service requests
- Allocate engineers to jobs based on skillset, availability and location
- Schedule and manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits
- Raise and issue job sheets, RAMS and other documentation
- Track daily job progress, and chase outstanding works and paperwork
- Order parts, liaise with suppliers and manage delivery logistics
- Keep clients updated on job progress, delays and completions
- Support the invoicing process with timely and accurate job information
- Escalate issues and complaints when necessary
- Update JobLogic or similar job management systems with accurate notes

**What we’re looking for**

**Skills and experience required**
- Minimum 2 years experience in Coordination, Scheduling, or Admin **(HVAC, M&E, FM or construction is preferred but not essential)**:

- Understanding of RAMS, permits and other H&S documentation
- Confident liaising with Engineers, suppliers and clients
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets and job management tools
- Proactive, solutions focused and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with JobLogic, SimPRO, or similar systems **(is preferred but not essential)**
