**Customer Service Coordinator**

We are supporting a growing organisation as they are looking for a fantastic Customer Service Coordinator. The perfect role if you enjoy being the go-to person for Customers and Colleagues

**Duties**:

- Answer incoming telephone calls.
- Deal with customer queries, quotations and service issues ensuring a prompt follow up.
- Ensure accurate information is collated relating to any new client enquiries and documented on the software system.
- Work with the National Account Executive's and Operations to develop turnover. Adhere to company pricing and margin structure.
- Liaise with customers on a daily basis.
- Input Jobs onto Bespoke Software System, ensuring all information is accurate. Any additional work, required by the Management Team

**Experience**:

- Experience of working as part of a team.
- Experience of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets.
- Customer Service Experience

**Abilities**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent, engaging telephone manner.
- Ability to meet deadlines and Targets.
- Ability to use own initiative and prioritise workloads.
