We are The Liverpool Clinic, a doctor-led private medical clinic based at The Crosby Hospital. We specialise in joint and tendon injections, PRP hair restoration, and personalised health optimisation.
The Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Remote Medical Secretary/Receptionist to support our growing clinic on a part-time basis. This role is fully remote, with flexible hours (5-10hrs/week to start).
You will handle patient communication and admin, ensuring that patients receive a professional and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookings and reschedules using Cliniko (training provided).
- Send pre
- and post-appointment information packs and consent forms.
- Chase outstanding forms and payments.
- Draft referral letters for doctor approval.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient data (GDPR compliance)
Skills & Experience
- Previous admin, secretarial, or receptionist experience - must have healthcare experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and booking systems (Cliniko helpful).
- Friendly, professional, and able to work independently.
